Eaton is hiring an Engineer for verification and validation (V&V) in Pune, within its Mobility Group (which Eaton plans to combine with a new company by mid-2027). You will turn customer, system, hardware, software, mechanical, safety, environmental, reliability and regulatory requirements into measurable verification criteria, and maintain traceability, design verification plans and reports, test plans, cases, procedures and acceptance criteria. The role supports the full product cycle from requirements review and design risk assessment through prototype evaluation, validation and production launch, and may include electronics hardware design support such as schematic and PCB reviews, component selection, circuit calculations, bring-up and debugging under senior guidance. Requires a degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive Engineering or similar (master's preferred) and 0–2 years of experience.
