You will get hands-on exposure to production operations and manufacturing processes, equipment calibration and validation, resolving quality issues, manufacturing documentation, supplier quality coordination and continuous improvement. Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering; fresh graduates or up to one year of experience; basic engineering knowledge with interest in production and quality; and the ability to follow procedures and work instructions. Helpful: internships or projects in manufacturing, awareness of verification and validation, and Lean concepts such as Kaizen, Poka-Yoke and 5S.
