Happiest Minds is hiring End User Computing Engineers in Bengaluru (two openings). You will support Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, Windows Server and Windows client environments, resolve support tickets within SLA and satisfaction targets, and help users by phone, email and remote sessions. The job includes administering and troubleshooting Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD), plus user administration, access management, password resets and permissions issues. You need 1–3 years of experience, good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Remote Desktop Services and basic networking, familiarity with ITIL, strong communication and the ability to write knowledge articles. macOS support is a plus.
