Johnson Controls is hiring an eLearning Developer in Pune to design, build and maintain interactive digital learning. You will create accessible, user-friendly courses with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, HTML5 and other authoring tools, interpret storyboards and requirements, work with stakeholders, handle feedback and support testing and deployment. Requirements: a bachelor's or master's in any discipline; 2–5 years of hands-on eLearning design and development, ideally in corporate learning; strong Storyline and Rise skills including custom menus, interactions, variables, triggers, layers, states and players; proficiency in HTML5 and JavaScript; and a portfolio showing authoring, interaction design and visual storytelling.
