Medtronic is hiring an IT Technologist in Hyderabad to work on its Virtual Assistant (conversational AI) platform. You will evaluate, design, develop and modify middleware and front-end applications, write design documents, code and debug, help plan migrations and implementations, and act as an escalation point for complex L1/L2 incidents, finding root causes with partners. You will also work with the network team to configure DNS and load balancers, monitor platform health, and integrate the platform with other apps and large language models using REST APIs and WebSockets. Requirements: an engineering degree, MCA or MSc, 3+ years of professional software development, and a working understanding of conversational AI and LLM integrations.
