NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level Security Managed Services Engineer (L1, SIEM) in Mumbai. As front-line support, you will monitor client security infrastructure, handle standard, low-complexity incidents and service requests within SLAs, and support clients by phone, ITSM ticket or chat. You will also schedule patching and configuration changes, follow shift handover procedures, update or write knowledge articles, look for automation and process improvements, and sometimes help with disaster recovery tests and projects. Requirements: entry-level experience troubleshooting or supporting security, network, data centre, systems or storage environments in a medium to large ICT organisation, working knowledge of ITIL and ITSM tools, and discipline in resolving tickets using SOPs and knowledge articles.
