You will monitor and manage client applications, respond to service requests, resolve low-complexity incidents within SLAs or escalate them, carry out approved maintenance such as patching and configuration changes, and support clients by phone or chat. Creating and updating knowledge articles and suggesting automation and process improvements are part of the job, and you may help with projects and disaster recovery. Requirements: entry-level experience with Windows or Linux server administration, virtualisation, server hardware or storage, and basic knowledge of ERP, SQL, Oracle middleware and web servers, along with a client-focused attitude and good communication.
