Kyndryl is hiring a Service Coordinator in Greater Noida to support banking applications for a client. You will monitor critical systems such as Finacle core banking, payments, trade and loan origination, run start- and end-of-day checks, and track alerts, interfaces and batch failures. As the L1 first point of contact you will log, categorise, prioritise and resolve incidents and service requests within ITIL and SLA targets, troubleshoot login, interface and data mismatch issues using SQL queries, scripts and SOP workarounds, and keep users updated and escalate when needed. Requirements: a graduate degree in CS, IT, Engineering or similar, at least 3 years of banking domain experience, and hands-on support of Finacle, CBS and banking applications. Experience supporting senior executives or VIP users is preferred. In-person role.
