Guidehouse is hiring Medical Coders in Chennai for emergency department facility coding, including E/M, injection and infusion. You will convert diagnoses and procedures from patient records into ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes, meet daily volumes within turnaround times, follow client and coding guidelines, keep accuracy above 95% every month, and take part in weekly QA and team meetings with feedback from the team lead. Requirements: a graduate or postgraduate degree in life sciences or a paramedical field, 1–2 years of coding experience, strong ability to read medical records across specialties, and AAPC or AHIMA certification (CPC, COC or CCS). Good communication, speed and accuracy are needed.
