Fiserv is hiring a Credit Risk Analyst in Thane to work on merchant credit risk. You will review merchant accounts and documents, work out figures such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages, help set or restructure terms where needed, resolve merchant queries through scheduled calls, and take on special projects. The role needs independent judgement and good dealings with partners, vendors and colleagues at all levels, often under pressure. Requirements: a 2-year degree with prior work experience, plus 2 years of customer service experience or 1 year in fraud and risk; Excel and Word skills; multitasking; and a detailed, organised approach. Some weekend and holiday work may be needed to meet deadlines.
