Johnson Controls' India L&D team in Pune is hiring an Instructional Designer II. You will analyse learning outcomes and work with stakeholders and subject matter experts worldwide to design and develop learning solutions that meet business needs, applying instructional design theory, writing clear content for the target audience and producing audio/video scripts for course assets. You will collaborate with other instructional designers, learning experience designers, L&D managers and cross-functional teams. Requirements: experience in needs analysis, design, content development, review and sign-off, with at least 1–2 years in a similar role, plus strong writing and stakeholder skills.
