JLL is hiring an Investment Modeling Analyst in Hyderabad to support real estate fund work. You will build and validate data sources for commercial real estate assignments, pull information from public sources and fund benchmarks, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual investor reports for funds across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, work with finance, asset and portfolio managers, research and sustainability teams on fund performance summaries, and produce polished presentations. Requirements: at least 1 year in commercial real estate with lease analysis, tenancy schedules, valuations, cash-flow projections, loan abstraction, Argus modelling and appraisal review; advanced Excel and financial modelling; and knowledge of DCF, IRR, NPV and returns.
