Applied Materials is hiring a Buyer I in Bengaluru for routine purchasing work as you grow into a fully proficient procurement professional. You will expedite deliveries, work with manufacturing and engineering to keep the right inventory, resolve discrepancies with accounting and receiving, recommend new suppliers with engineering and supply chain teams, issue RFQs, evaluate proposals, negotiate price and delivery, raise purchase orders, follow up and verify deliveries, approve invoices and keep procurement records accurate. You will also review MRP output and act on pull-ins, push-outs and cancellations. Experience: 0–2 years in procurement or supply chain, with foundational knowledge of procurement processes and systems.
