BabyOrgano, a fast-growing Ayurvedic baby and kids wellness brand, is hiring for Brand Partnerships & Community at its Ahmedabad head office. You will build a pipeline of brand and business partnerships, create collaborations and new business opportunities, grow an engaged community of mothers, run on-ground and online initiatives, track outcomes and give regular updates to leadership. Requirements: 1–4 years in brand partnerships, business development, community, events, influencer or experiential marketing or similar; strong communication and relationship skills; the drive to take ideas through to execution; good organisation; and comfort with budgets, trackers and basic reporting. Interest in the mother-and-child space is a plus.
