Axis Bank is hiring a Teller for a branch in Pune. You will process customer cash transactions and requests accurately and on time, introduce customers to digital channels like internet, mobile and WhatsApp banking, and handle customer queries. The role also carries sales targets: cross-selling retail banking and third-party products (life and general insurance, mutual funds, loans), meeting monthly business budgets, generating referrals and leads, joining marketing activities and customer visits outside the branch, and reaching out to existing customers for more deposits. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience, strong customer service and communication, knowledge of KYC and AML rules, sales skills and high accuracy with cash and documents.
