GE Vernova is hiring a skilled mechanical maintenance worker at its Vadodara facility. You will carry out preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment, troubleshoot and repair pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, valves and piping, inspect equipment, work with operations and engineering to fix issues and suggest reliability improvements. Requirements: a diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering, experience in industrial, plant or facility maintenance, strong troubleshooting and repair skills, the ability to read technical documents and schematics, safe use of hand, power and diagnostic tools, and basic computer skills for work orders. Preferred: 2+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance and an apprenticeship or vocational certification.
