Omnicom Global Solutions, part of Omnicom Group, is hiring a Finance Operations Analyst for FP&A in Hyderabad, Bengaluru or Gurugram. You will support financial planning and analysis and related record-to-report work for Omnicom agencies. Requirements: a bachelor's or postgraduate degree in accounting or finance with 3–5 years of mandatory FP&A operations experience; R2R experience preferred; advanced Excel and quick learning of ERP and BI tools; good US GAAP knowledge; and strong written and spoken communication. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean and Hyperion is a plus. Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST (3 PM to midnight during US daylight saving). Hybrid with 3 office days a week.
