Pfizer is hiring an R&D Management Analyst in Chennai or Mumbai to support its R&D sites (mainly EMEA and India) with budget and forecast tracking and financial system inputs. You will handle purchase-to-pay work, raising, monitoring and closing purchase orders, resolving invoice holds and payment issues, track spend against budgets and help reduce operating costs, working with R&D colleagues, procurement and finance, suppliers and facility managers. Requirements: 1–3 years of financial experience (budgets, financial analysis), strong Excel, SAP experience, the ability to explain financial information to non-finance people, and good data interpretation skills for variances and trends. Individual contributor role.
