TruBridge is hiring Accounts Receivable Callers for US hospital billing in Chennai. You will analyse claims, call insurance payers or use IVR and web portals to check claim status, follow up on fresh claims, denials and appeals, check eligibility, turn denials into payments, document actions in client software for a clear audit trail, and meet weekly and monthly production and audit targets while following HIPAA. Requirements: HSC or graduate, 1–3 years of AR follow-up or denial management for US healthcare, knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS codes, good communication and basic computer skills. Willingness to work night shifts is required. Familiarity with NextGen, eCW, CareCloud or Docutap is preferred.
