You will start and manage background checks through vendor portals, covering education, employment, address, identity, criminal and other checks, review candidate documents for completeness, track cases to finish within service levels, and act as the main contact between recruiters, candidates, HR, hiring managers and verification vendors, following up on pending checks. Quality, confidentiality and turnaround times are key. Requirements: a bachelor's degree in any discipline and 1–3 years of experience in background verification or a related HR operations role.
