You will gather business requirements, benchmark markets, find suitable alternatives and recommend occupancy solutions, supported by data and analytics. Work includes building country and metro portfolio plans, evaluating scenarios and preparing early-stage business cases with high-level financial analysis, and drafting cost optimisation recommendations, working with internal and external stakeholders across regions. Requirements: a postgraduate degree and at least 3–4 years of relevant work experience. JLL is also hiring a Portfolio Consultant for the same team.
