JLL is hiring a Community Ambassador for a client workplace in Bengaluru. You will build direct relationships with employees in the office and be their single point of contact for issues and workspace changes, close service tickets and feedback within SLA, flag misuse of office amenities using housekeeping and engineering data, meet business points of contact regularly, plan and run employee engagement events, and share feedback and trends with management for improvements. Requirements: a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business or similar, 1–3 years of hospitality experience, MS Office skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
