JLL is hiring a Facility Engineer for a client site in Hyderabad. You will carry out planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire and life safety, DG sets, lifts and water systems as per schedules and safety standards; coordinate AMC and service vendors and check their work and statutory compliance; keep equipment, asset and service request logs and daily, weekly and monthly reports; close helpdesk requests quickly; follow health, safety and crisis procedures and take part in drills; and do site rounds to flag risks and push energy saving and sustainability measures. Experience: around 3–5 years in facility or building maintenance. On-site role.
