Dassault Systèmes, the European engineering software company behind the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, is hiring a QA & Support Engineer for its Pune team. The role combines functional testing of web-based and standalone applications with Level 2 application support, so you will both validate software before release and help investigate issues raised by customers. You will coordinate with local and remote colleagues, stakeholders and customers, and work on large-scale software systems in a fast-paced setting.
What they look for: 0 to 3 years of functional testing experience (freshers may apply), a B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Mechanical or another engineering branch, and a tester mindset. Knowledge of web application testing, SDLC, bug reporting and the bug lifecycle is desired; API testing, automation testing, DevOps exposure and certifications such as ISTQB are a plus. Customer support exposure, root-cause analysis ability, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and a good academic record are expected.
Regular full-time position based in Pune. Eligible batches (per the drive notice): 2022 to 2026.
