Larsen & Toubro is hiring GenAI Trainees for its Precision Engineering & Systems business at Powai, Mumbai. Trainees will work across machine learning, generative AI and computer vision projects. ML work covers collecting, cleaning and validating datasets, feature engineering, training and tuning models, and testing, benchmarking and documenting them, plus helping deploy and monitor models.
On the GenAI side you will help build applications on large language models and multimodal models, including prompt engineering, response evaluation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, chatbots and assistants, and connecting these to enterprise apps through APIs, while checking outputs for accuracy and responsible-AI compliance. Computer vision work includes object detection, classification, segmentation, tracking and OCR on image and video data.
Eligibility: B.Tech/B.E. graduates with 0 to 2 years of experience and skills in machine learning and AI. Applications are open until 9 February 2027.
