Accenture Strategy & Consulting (Global Network, AI - Hi Tech) is hiring a Data Science Associate (Decision Science Practitioner, Level 12). Working with experienced practitioners, you will help build generative AI, analytics and AI-powered solutions for clients.
Key work: building LLM applications with prompts, APIs and frameworks; preparing and validating knowledge sources for RAG solutions; building and testing conversational AI and agent workflows; testing AI outputs against defined test cases and documenting findings; working with Azure or AWS AI services; and writing Python components and API integrations using Git and standard development practices.
Must-have skills: Python, SQL, generative AI basics, prompt engineering and APIs. Good to have: RAG, agentic AI, LangChain/LangGraph, cloud AI platforms and machine learning basics. Experience: 0 to 2 years; a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative or engineering field is expected. Full-time; Bengaluru is preferred, with Kolkata and Gurugram also listed.
