Asian Paints is hiring frontline Retail Sales Executives to grow its retail business in an assigned territory. You will plan monthly to hit value and volume targets, visit dealers regularly, communicate schemes and make sure material and services reach them on time. The job includes opening new dealer counters, analysing territory data to close gaps, running promotional activations and product meets for dealers and contractors, solving dealer, contractor and consumer queries, and following up on collections. This is a field sales role with business targets. Requirements: a full-time graduate degree with good academic record and about 1–2 years of sales experience.
