Ford Business Solutions India is hiring a Product Analyst to release and catalogue service parts for North America vehicle programmes. You will study engineering systems, 2D drawings, Teamcenter data, bills of material and marketing information to decide which service parts are needed for repairs, and check engineering changes for parts interchangeability. You will create and maintain sections of the parts catalogue database (including illustrations) so VIN matching works correctly, answer dealer and global team queries, and work with engineering, service, purchasing, supply chain, packaging and quality teams to keep parts available.
