Kyndryl is hiring a Japanese-speaking System Operations Specialist for in-person work in Gurugram. You will monitor IT infrastructure performance, events and alerts, validate and respond to incidents, escalate risks before they disrupt service, and run preventive maintenance to improve reliability. You will also engage directly with Japanese clients, understand their requirements, share best practices and work with cross-functional teams on projects and continuous improvement. Requirements: at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent Japanese for translation and interpretation, and confidence handling client communication and negotiations alongside an IT operations mindset.
