MUFG Global Service is hiring a ServiceNow Analyst for implementation and day-to-day operations. You will build custom ServiceNow solutions with business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies and actions, scoped App Engine apps, Flow Designer and Integration Hub workflows, and Service Portal/UI Builder components. You will create REST/SOAP and MID Server integrations, connect ServiceNow with Azure AD/LDAP/SSO and other systems, and maintain the CMDB in line with CSDM, including Discovery, Service Mapping and IRE-based data quality. Requirements: 3–6 years in IT with at least 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, and a solid grasp of APIs, MID Server and platform security (ACLs, roles).
