Synechron is hiring an MS SQL Database Developer at its Bellandur, Bengaluru office. You will design, build and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, writing and tuning T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions and indexes. The role includes monitoring performance, reading execution plans to remove bottlenecks, troubleshooting connectivity, capacity and data-quality issues, and setting up, testing and documenting backup and recovery. You will also take part in schema design, data modelling and migrations, support controlled release and rollback of database changes, and enforce data integrity and access controls. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on SQL Server development with strong query optimisation and data security knowledge.
