Ingersoll Rand is hiring a Graduate Engineer Trainee for its sales team in Kolkata. You will help the sales team find new business, visit customers with senior sales staff, prepare quotations, proposals and tender documents, and follow up on enquiries with internal teams. You will learn the company’s products and applications, give product presentations and basic technical guidance under supervision, research markets and competitors, and generate leads through visits and industry events. The role also includes updating the CRM, preparing visit and sales reports, and coordinating with engineering, operations and customer service. Requirements: an engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or related); freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
