Citi is hiring a Business Analytics Analyst for its Treasury and Trade Services (TTS) Analytics team in Gurugram (hybrid). You will work on analyses across the client life cycle – acquisition, engagement, client experience and retention – using sources such as client profiles, transactions and revenue, digital data and unstructured data like call transcripts. You will apply different analytical methods and tools, including Python and PySpark, to find patterns and trends and turn them into data-driven insights for business stakeholders on sales and marketing strategy, pricing, cross-sell and retention. Requirements: a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years, or a Master’s with 2+ years, of data analytics experience, ideally in financial services.
