Citi is hiring a Business Analytics Analyst with Python and SQL skills for its Treasury and Trade Services (TTS) Analytics team in Bengaluru (hybrid). You will run analyses through the year on business problems across the client life cycle – acquisition, engagement, experience and retention – combining client, transaction, revenue, digital and unstructured data such as call transcripts. Using Python, SQL and other analytical techniques, you will identify trends and outliers and give business and functional teams clear, data-driven recommendations on sales and marketing strategy, pricing, cross-sell and retention. Requirements: a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years, or a Master’s with 2+ years, of hands-on data analytics experience, preferably in financial services.
