You will create, edit and maintain user guides, release notes, FAQs, deployment notes and product updates, gathering input from engineers, product managers and subject matter experts and turning it into clear content. You will follow templates and style guides, update documents as products change, support sprint-based documentation in Agile teams and manage files in content management and publishing platforms using structured authoring and version control. Requirements: 2–5 years of documentation experience on enterprise applications, hands-on Oxygen XML (or similar structured authoring) experience, strong writing and attention to detail; a technical writing course or certification is preferred.
