Collins Aerospace (RTX) is hiring an HR Analyst for its HR contact centre in Bengaluru (Yelahanka). You will be a main HR contact for managers and employees across RTX business units, answering queries on time using policies, procedures and the knowledge base. You will keep employee data in HR systems accurate for payroll and benefits, complete transactions within SLAs, record all cases in the case management tool, resolve non-standard queries independently and own the publishing and upkeep of knowledge base content. Requirements: a Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration or a related field, 2–5 years of experience, knowledge of HR processes and exposure to a shared service centre, plus discretion with confidential information.
