Citi is hiring a Young Apprentice for its Monitoring & Testing execution team in Chennai (DLF Cybercity, hybrid). You will assist with monitoring reviews based on Citi’s Activity, Risk, Control and Monitoring framework, check that controls meet regulatory requirements on simple to medium-complexity reviews, and work with onshore and offshore teams to collect testing evidence. You will escalate control failures, submit results on time in the risk and control system, help build and maintain control-tracking reports and help spot risks across the business. This is an apprenticeship suited to freshers or candidates with up to about 1 year of experience who are detail-oriented and keen to learn risk and controls.
