Workday is hiring a Product Trainer for its HCM product area in Pune (flex/hybrid). After completing Workday training for the product area, you will lead full-day sessions in English for customers, partners and employees, both virtually and on-site. You will simplify complex topics, troubleshoot classroom problems, keep up with product releases through self-learning, handle class administration and maintain strong course evaluation scores. Occasional travel may be required. Requirements: professional-level English communication, 2+ years of experience delivering training (including through virtual training tools), comfort with presentation and conferencing technology, and a passion for helping people understand software.
