Johnson Controls is hiring Mobility Specialists in Pune, each supporting employees in a global region (North America, Latin America, EMEA or APAC). You will be the main mobility operations contact for your region, processing mobile service requests such as activations, upgrades, line changes, suspensions and disconnects, coordinating device replacements and transfers, and keeping accurate records of numbers, devices and services. The job also covers carrier relationships, eSIM administration, provisioning, mobile number management and end-user mobility support, while working with colleagues globally for a consistent service. Requirements: an associate degree or equivalent experience and 1–3 years of experience supporting mobile devices, wireless services or telecom processes, with a customer-focused, organised approach.
