Visa is hiring a Data Analyst in Bengaluru to own analytics for business and performance metrics in its GTMS organisation. You will run daily, monthly and quarterly executive reporting, define key metrics with product and metric owners, chase outliers, and build and maintain dashboards on sales data, client care case performance and CRM metrics. You will also fix data inconsistencies and quality issues, work with business partners to build fit-for-purpose solutions, and run end-to-end analyses that uncover operational and business opportunities. Requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 1+ year with a Master’s/MBA (or no experience with a PhD), plus strong analytical and data visualisation skills.
