Genpact is hiring a Finance & Accounting Specialist for invoice-to-cash claims and deductions management at its Hafeezpet, Hyderabad office. You will receive, register, assign and categorise customer claims and deductions, including returns and refusals, gather information from internal teams to document and resolve cases, and track open items so they close within the agreed turnaround times. Key measures include ageing and value of claims, lead time to close, unauthorised deductions, overdue days sales outstanding and invoice and credit note accuracy. Requirements: a college degree, about 1 year of experience, advanced Spanish and English, and working knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
