Teleperformance is hiring a Recruitment Specialist I at its Mohali centre. You will promote the company as a great place to work and attract, screen and interview candidates for entry-level and experienced roles. The job includes recommending internal and external candidates for placement, referring applicants to open positions, running pre-employment tests, checking references, conducting exit conversations with candidates who decline offers, giving feedback to unsuccessful applicants and helping with job advertising and postings. You will work independently within set processes and share best practices with the team. Requirements: a university degree and about 1–2 years of hands-on recruiting experience.
