JLL is hiring a Technical Executive in Gurugram to support engineering and facility operations for a corporate client site. You will make sure electrical, HVAC, precision AC, water, plumbing and sanitary systems, lifts and cafeteria equipment run properly, coordinate vendors and M&E contractors to deliver quality maintenance, and follow planned maintenance and shutdown schedules agreed with OEMs and the client. The role also involves daily checks of logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules, managing critical spares and inventory, collating repair and maintenance needs and following up purchase orders until invoicing, while meeting KPIs and SLAs. Requirements: B.E. or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with about 0–2 years of experience.
