Mars is hiring a Regional Lab Junior Scientist in Hyderabad to support its laboratory network and join the regional lab auditor team. You will be first-level support for users on lab processes and systems (including the MyHub ticketing tool), resolve issues through the portal, phone, email and Teams, and route technical requests to regional subject matter experts. The role also covers coordinating chemical reference results for the NIR verification programme, checking data validity and escalating non-conformities, communicating lab activities, managing orders and invoices with subcontracted labs, and handling customs clearance of samples when needed. Requirements: a degree in chemistry or a related science and about 3 years of relevant experience; a laboratory audit qualification is desirable.
