ABB is hiring a Maintenance Specialist for its Motion business (Traction division) in Vadodara. You will drive maintenance processes to keep equipment, production lines and facilities efficient, oversee routine and major maintenance, and keep technical documentation up to date. Key tasks include defining maintenance plans for new lines and facilities, advising on reliability, maintainability and safety, solving major equipment problems to raise line performance, proposing improvements, and diagnosing breakdowns and malfunctions quickly to minimise production disruption. The role reports to the Operations Manager and is on-site. Requirements: an engineering background with 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
