Akamai is hiring a Counsel for its Global Legal team in a remote role based in India, reporting to the regional commercial legal lead in Singapore. You will draft, review and negotiate English-language commercial contracts with Akamai’s global customers and partners, support sales teams worldwide and advise cross-functional teams in sales, finance, tax and compliance as a trusted legal partner. The team of about 70 legal professionals protects the company’s assets and reputation while supporting growth. Requirements: a law degree from an accredited institution, an active licence in good standing in a relevant jurisdiction, and 3+ years of commercial contracting experience, ideally in technology.
