EXL is hiring a Business Data Analyst for insurance data projects (hybrid; the posting lists Pune and Gurugram). You will act as the link between technical and business teams, work with client subject matter experts to understand functionality and data, profile data and assess the quality of critical data elements, and define how reference and master data should be standardised across systems. You will write source-to-target mappings (STTM), data lineage documents, data models and design documents so stakeholders can follow every transformation. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in data analysis, mapping, transformation and standardisation, strong SQL and data modelling, and insurance domain knowledge; Data Vault 2.0 knowledge is a plus.
