Radiometer, a Danaher diagnostics company, is hiring a Field Service Engineer for its Delhi service team, working in the field to manage the regional customer base. You will handle daily service and support for existing customers, attend breakdown calls, raise parts requests and close jobs under warranty or chargeable terms, install equipment on site and complete preventive maintenance on schedule. The role also carries service revenue targets: promoting service contracts, consumables and IT solutions, keeping contract retention and warranty conversion high, running product demonstrations and training customers. Requirements: a Diploma or Engineering degree (Electronics, Instrumentation or Biomedical preferred) and 3+ years of field service experience with medical or diagnostic equipment.
