DHL is hiring Operations Executives for eCommerce operations at its surface hubs in Nagpur and Pune. You will run day-to-day eCommerce product operations: timely receipt, segregation, processing, consolidation and dispatch of shipments, and monitoring inbound, outbound and transit flows against network timelines. You will coordinate shipment movement through linehaul and feeder networks, make sure loading and dispatch meet cut-off times, work with network operations and linehaul teams to cut delays, and enforce SOPs and handling standards to meet service quality targets. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in logistics, express or eCommerce hub operations, with good coordination skills and attention to compliance.
