KPMG is hiring an Associate Consultant for its 24x7 network operations team in Bengaluru, supporting business-critical infrastructure. You will monitor networks, systems and operational support tools to spot service-impacting IT, network and facility events early, troubleshoot tier 1 issues remotely on network devices, and resolve tickets using KBAs and runbooks, escalating to engineering teams or vendors when needed. You will track high-priority tickets, keep documentation and knowledge articles accurate, and work with ISPs, vendors, onshore and internal teams to restore service quickly. Requirements: a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of NOC, network or system support experience, plus readiness for 24/7 shift work.
